Meredith Gaston Masnata is an internationally acclaimed author, artist, wellness coach and teacher celebrating mindful, joyous and spirited living in a modern world. Meredith will celebrate the release of her thirteenth book this year, ‘Slow – Embracing the Joy of a Slower, Simpler Life‘.

Meredith graduated from The University of Sydney, majoring in Art History and Theory and Gender and Cultural Studies. Continuing her education as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach through IIN, New York, Meredith frequently features in the media, is a regular guest on ABC Radio, and presents across educational and corporate spheres inspiring wellbeing in daily life. Her lovingly illustrated books are translated into foreign languages, her artworks exhibited and collected worldwide.

Meredith lives and works in the majestic Blue Mountains of Australia. She savours a contemplative and richly creative village life in nature with her husband, photographer Roberto Masnata, and their daughter, Imperia. Meredith regularly facilitates beautiful ‘Watercolour and Wellbeing Workshops’ in the mountains, welcoming participants of all ages and stages to celebrate the joy of art and life in a truly inspirational setting.
